The Project

In September 2026, I will be attempting to become the first person to cycle from Land’s End to the eastern Pacific coast of Russia, travelling entirely unsupported over the course of a year.

The route will take me through Europe, Turkey, Central Asia, and Mongolia, covering around 25,00km (15,000 miles) across remote and often challenging terrain. This will be a fully self-supported expedition, carrying all equipment throughout and relying on it in a wide range of conditions.

Alongside the ride, I will also be documenting the journey and spending time with small, grassroots NGOs along the way, producing short films that highlight the work they do within their communities. The aim is to create a body of work that reflects both the physical journey and the human stories behind it.
